Single-Family/HOA

We Know ADA for Single-Family/HOA.

Owners and managers of Single-Family Home Owner’s Associations must ensure that certain aspects of the HOA are ADA compliant such as club houses, common area spaces and recreational features that are for the benefit of their residents.

Solving Problems.
Providing Answers.

We’ve worked with many HOA’s across the nation to ensure they are ADA compliant.

Our System Is The Solution.

Complying with the ADA (American’s With Disabilities) Act can be daunting because it’s more than just a bunch of codes and regulations. Ultimately, it’s about physical changes to your exterior (parking lots, sidewalks, etc.) and/or interior (counter heights, bathroom alterations, signage height, etc.) which require permits, drawings, quality contractors and thorough inspections to ensure acceptance. This is a process that demands our seamless solution.

We’ve developed a simple 6-point system to help solve your ADA issues.

Interior/Exterior Evaluations
Our inspectors perform a thorough interior and/or exterior evaluation. We measure, use levels, document and photograph all known elements.

Comprehensive Reports
Our reports are comprehensive but understandable. Reviewing your report, you’ll see a photo of the area in question along with both the summary and detail of the fix.

Skilled Drafting Services
Saving you time, money and headache, our in-house drafting department prepares the civil drawings for your contractor and to submit for permit.

Contractor Recommendations
Not all contractors are skilled at performing ADA work. We’ve worked with a lot of the very best over the years and will gladly provide contractor recommendations.

Post-Construction Inspection
Once the work is complete, you’ll want to ensure that it was done correctly and to the specs outlined in your plans. We perform a post-construction inspection to ensure this happens.

Expert Witness Testimony
Facing a lawsuit based on an ADA claim? For our clients, we can provide expert witness in the event of litigation.
